Salad Burnet has a surprising cucumber-y aroma and taste. The leaves are small, round with spike-shaped edges but exceptionally fine and soft. Strip the leaves off the stems and chiffonade or roughly chop into a salad for a fresh, summery taste without having to add cucumber.
