Moringa's dark, emerald-green leaves are flat and round, unique in their absolutely striking appearance, especially against a pure white plate. The leaves are soft but starchy when chewed, with a nuttiness and vegetal quality. Most people have never experienced fresh moringa, more commonly consuming it dried or in a supplement because of its lauded 'superfood' qualities.
