A frisee-type endive with deep green outer leaves, and a warmer, more creamy interior. Mildly bitter when the leaf is raw, they can be sautéed, fermented to produce a smokier flavor, or used in a variety of other ways. When out of stock, this product can be grown to order in 3 Weeks.
