This type of celery is grown specifically for the herbaceous quality of its leaves. These leaves appear similarly to parsley but are often much larger and have a very pungent celery flavor. They are used cooked rather than raw and its strong flavor makes it more effective in flavoring soups and stews than the typical celery stalk. When out of stock, this product can be grown to order in 5 Weeks.
