About Rau Ram (Vietnamese Coriander)

Rau Ram is an exotic herb also known as "Vietnamese Coriander" or "Hot Mint." Its flavor is similar to cilantro, with a lemony kick. Rau Ram is traditionally used in Southeast Asian dishes, such as papaya salads, drunken noodles, and lemongrass curries. We encourage you to experiment with it as a cilantro substitute as well - add an extra zing to salsas, slaws, and fresh seafood dishes.
